Firestone IntelliRide system
The Diagnostic tool file 'Monaco - IntelliRide Controls Calibtarion Diagnostic Tool 2.1.1.msi' can be downloaded below. It only works with Windows 98, 2000, and XP. You will need a 9-pin Serial cable to connect to the ECU. (Local Radio Shack carries this).
The ECU is located in the side panel underneath where the switch panel is located.
The PC Tool must be used to reset heights and horizon levelling.
Ride Height setting via PC Tool:
- Air Springs should be 9-5/16” in height from the top of the B-Plate to the bottom of the Piston.
- When it’s at 'Ride-Height', the front sensors must be between 1.92-2.68v and the rear sensors must be between 2.44-3.34v. If they are outside of that range, the software will not save the calibration values. The software program will display the voltages.

The 2005 Holiday Rambler Imperial, Sceptor and Windsor come available with the Firestone IntelliRide system with Horizon Leveling logic.
There are two key features enjoyed by the customers.
Horizon Leveling Logic allows the driver to easily level the motor home at campsites and parking lots with the push of a button.
The coaches are also capable of three vehicles heights including:
- Access – to allow for easy exit and entry
- Ride – optimum height for driving
- Raised – to accommodate terrain and obstacles at the campground.
