Terms & Conditions
Retention of Title: All goods supplied by Driverite Ltd. (the company) on these terms.
- Goods shall be at the risk of the intending ourchaser as soon as delivered.
- Notwithstanding delivery and passing of risk the property and title in the goods shall remain in the company and shall not pass to the intending purchaser until the intending purchaser shall have discharged all sums due to the company no matter on what grounds such items are due.
- The intending purchaser's right to possession of the goods shall cease if he, not being a company commits an available act of bankruptcy, he does anything, or fails to do anything which would entitle a receiver to take possession of any assets.
- The company may, in order to recover its goods, enter any premises where the goods are stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may reposses the same.
- Please note shortages and / or damages on the Companies POD docket before signing and returning. Claims cannot be entertained unless notified within 3 working days to the company.
- A 15% Handling Charge applies to all returns not received within 7 days.
- The Seller shall not in any cirrcumstances be liable for any failure or delay in delivery and / or consequential loss incurred on goods delivered howsoever caused.
- If the purchase price of goods sold is not paid in full on the due date the Buyer shall pay the Seller interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the balance of the price for the time being unpaid from the due date until actual payment.
- All prices in respect of goods will be those ruling at the date of despatch of the goods.
